I had an amazing stay at this hotel near the park. The location was perfect, with easy access to the cable car and a free eco-bus to the majestic Avatar Mountains. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The fresh air and clean rooms were especially great for a pregnant woman like me. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle to the park entrance, making it convenient to explore the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities, including the pool, were top-notch.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Zhangjiajie for a short trip with my boyfriend. Homeward Mountain Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff, especially Bubble, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the entrance of the Avatar mountains. The views from the hotel, including the pool, were breathtaking. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and forest. The hotel also provided delicious homemade Chinese food and organized transportation and excursions for us.

The view from the room was amazing, particularly during sunrise and sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us two complementary drinks upon arrival and New Year's Eve. The hotel was located near the park entrance, which made it easy to start our hikes. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a shuttle service to and from the park.

We had to wait for more than an hour to be served, and they seem to prioritize other tables. Moreover, the breakfast didn't offer many options and wasn't consistent.

The only minor issue we had was the noisy live entertainment that disturbed us during the evening. Despite this, we still had a comfortable stay thanks to the room advantages, including comfortable beds and a clean and spacious bathroom.
